Mereka ini jahat!!!

  1. Fast Food (especially fries & cheesy fries yg aku ske sgt!!!)
  2. Doughnuts
  3. Chocolate
  4. Ice Cream
  5. Brownies and Cakes
  6. Kueh Mueh Melayu (yg walaupon nampak kecik tp menggemukkan)

Soalan: Kenapa Mereka nie Jahat??

Jawapan: Sbb mereka nie buat jeans saye jadi tight!! (and baju too, especially kat lengan)

So, saye telah berjanji dgn diri saye sendiri that I will avoid eating these food for the rest of June (except fast food la, sbb aku nampak ader harapan weekend nie makan McD with the family mase anta ayah pg airport nnti. It’s like a tradition la kot, kalau anta ayah kt airport je mesti makan McD or Burger King. Tp aku x akan makan fries langsung!)

And aku allow diri aku to eat roti canai once every two weeks sbb kat office aku ader bfast free hari jumaat and menunye ialah roti canai. Kalau every week pon x makan, cam anti-sosial la plak x bfast ngn officemate (oohh…ini ialah alasan. sebab sebenarnye ialah kari mamak tu sgt sedap!!)

Yg len maintain cam bese. 3 meals a day. Biler lapar in between minum susu / milo, makan yoghurt and fruits. Selama nie maintain camnie je, badan ngam aje. Skali tetibe syok plak makan brownies la, kek la, chocolate (dgn banyaknye) la, langsung bertambah lemak.

Dan kena stick to jogging, at least on weekends.

BREAKFAST SANDWICH
McDonald's Egg McMuffin (300 calories)
32 minutes of running (5 mph).





CINNAMON ROLL
Starbucks Cinnamon Roll (500 calories, varies by location)
85 minutes of dancing.






HAMBURGER
Burger King Original Whopper With Cheese (770 calories)
94 minutes of swimming (slow to moderate laps).




FRIES
Wendy's Large French Fries (540 calories)
77 minutes of biking (10-11.9 mph).







ICE CREAM
Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream (0.5 cup; 270 calories)
29 minutes of running (5 mph).









Broken Promises (as of 17 June 2009)

This is to keep track on the times when I swayed away from this diet.

  1. Last two weeks makan a peanut butter cookie & a bite of cupcake.
  2. Kueh mueh melayu disana sini (adalah dalam 3 bijik total as of 16 June 2009).
  3. Smalam bday Kak Yati (manager aku), so telah makan a slice of choc cake plus 3 small pieces biler aku tgk kek tu cam byk lagi. ehe~ sedap giler kek tuh.

  4. kak long, McD fries way2 high of calories!!! tue sbb die sedap :( ... good luck to u.. i'll eat more good stuff in front of u since i dont believe in diet..but exercise is a must ;))

  5. mmg fries die byk calories pon. hahaha~ die double fry their fries tau. once before die freeze kan utk anta ke outlets n once mase die nk serve.

    ini ialah bukan diet yg mengurangkan amount food intake. ini ialah healthy diet. fast food tu x de ape2 yg bagus pon. baik makan nasik campur.

    p/s: i dont believe in gym. hahaha~ ;p

  7. makan angin = jalan-jalan, itu ialah mmg bess.

    makan angin = mmg btol2 nak dok depan kipas makan angin sampai kenyang, itu pon bagus jugak. gerenti tak gemuk sbb fat & cholestrol free :)

    Aku bukan pemakan donut dan fries. Tapi aku suka makan kerepek. Gila melayu aku ini. Hiks. Camne ni, aku risau betul tak muat baju dan kelihatan bulat nant.Urgh!
